Job Brief:
- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting our financial products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. This position requires a proactive approach to market analysis, client relationship management, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the bank's overall success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote and sell the bank's financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, credit, and operations to facilitate smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during sales processes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
