Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our dynamic Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by effectively promoting and selling our financial products and services to a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of the bank's sales strategy.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
- Identify and engage potential customers through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking products tailored to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including credit, operations,



and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies during all sales activities.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, services, and industry developments.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial regulations, and market dynamics.
