Role Description The Sales Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth and supporting marketing initiatives for lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing relationships with retail and B2B clients, and conducting market research to identify new opportunities. Daily tasks include preparing sales proposals, managing inquiries,



coordinating with internal teams on pricing and inventory, and tracking sales performance.

The Sales Marketing

Executive will also assist in planning marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials in line with brand guidelines, and representing the company at trade events or client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity in the diamond and jewelry sector.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in the diamond, jewelry, or luxury retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, and a client-focused mindset are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high ethical and qualified standards.
