DEPARTMENT: Marketing / Business Development

INDUSTRY: Jewellery Retail

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Plan and execute marketing activities to increase store footfall and sales.

· Develop and maintain a database of existing and prospective customers.

· Conduct customer calling, WhatsApp marketing, and regular follow-ups.

· Generate new customers through local market visits and promotional activities.

· Support social media campaigns, digital promotions, and marketing initiatives.

· Promote festive offers, new jewellery collections, schemes, and special campaigns.

· Develop local business and corporate tie-ups to generate current business opportunities.

· Coordinate and participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

· Monitor competitor activities, offers, and market trends.





· Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly marketing and business targets.

· Prepare basic marketing activity and performance reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Strong sales and marketing orientation.

· Good customer relationship management skills.

· Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

· Knowledge of local market and customer base will be preferred.

· Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp marketing.

· Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.

· Previous experience in jewellery, retail, FMCG, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
