This role involves extensive engagement with both prospective and existing clients across their onboarding, servicing, and portfolio-related requirements. The position requires significant client interaction and active involvement across all aspects of client servicing, operational support, and trade execution. This is a position which focuses on building meaningful client relationships while delivering best-in-class service and operational excellence. Wealth Management / Advisory – Client Service & Operations What You'll Do • Manage Client onboarding and account maintenance for both new and existing clients in line with regulatory and organizational policies. • Collect and validate account-specific documentation and financial information to ensure compliance requirements are met. • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, Banks, AMCs and Product Manufacturers (AIFs, PMS providers etc.) • Provide operational support across a broad suite of financial products and applications. • Handle Transactions, Operations and other support activities, including trade placement, confirmation, settlement tracking, and reconciliation across mutual funds, AIFs and PMS and other investments. • Oversee administrative and transactional activities including money transfers, tax reporting, portfolio review preparation and resolution of client queries. • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that go beyond transactions via supporting Wealt
