Vidyashilp University is looking for enthusiastic, student-focused Admission Counsellors to join our Admissions team. In this role, you will guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, share key details about our university programs, and help drive enrollment targets

Counsel prospective students and parents via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions.

Coordinate and participate in open houses, school visits, education fairs, and webinars.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Handle walk-in queries and conduct campus tours to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

~1 to 5 years of experience in student counselling, admissions, or client-facing roles.

~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage).

~ Basic working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office suite.
