About the Role

Urban Pacific Realtors is looking for energetic, ambitious and target-oriented candidates to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Noida.

This opportunity is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a successful career in real estate sales.

The candidate will handle clients, generate and follow up on leads, conduct site visits and assist in closing residential property transactions across Noida, Greater Noida and Greater Noida West.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain projects, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Regularly follow up with prospective clients.
- Assist clients from enquiry to booking.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM.
- Coordinate with developers, customers and internal teams.

• Stay updated with new projects, pricing and market trends.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply.




- Previous experience in sales, real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles or telecalling will be an advantage.
- Own Bike/Scooter or Car is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi/English communication.
- Confident and comfortable meeting customers.
- Willing to travel within Noida and Greater Noida West.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and willing to learn.
