We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Kollam.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Generate recent business opportunities and customer leads.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.

Requirements
- Relevant sales experience in a managerial or team-handling role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Candidates with experience in Solar / Power / Energy / Electrical sales will be preferred.
