Role Overview

Greenguardian Consulting is expanding its footprint in Asia and seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth across Sustainability, ESG, and Climate Action services. The role requires a motivated professional who can build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the expansion of our consulting portfolio across manufacturing, apparel, footwear, food, furniture, pharma, and allied sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead endtoend sales activities for sustainability and climate consulting services in Asia.

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across manufacturing and supplychaindriven industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, suppliers, factories, and industry associations.

Develop sales pipelines, proposals, and client presentations aligned with Greenguardian’s service offerings.

Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored ESG/Climate solutions.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sustainability regulations in Asia.

Support revenue targets through structured outreach,



networking, and partnership development.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and forecasting dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:

2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, sustainability services, or related fields.

Solid understanding of manufacturing sectors (apparel, footwear, home furnishing, food, furniture, pharma preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and clientengagement skills.

Ability to translate technical sustainability concepts into clear business value for clients.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing multiple accounts.

Selfdriven, organized, and comfortable working in a fastgrowing consulting environment.

Preferred Qualification

Exposure to ESG, sustainability, climate action, or supply chain compliance programs.

Experience working with multinational brands or suppliers.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or related fields.
