Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inside sales team in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment. Location:

- Lead and manage a team of 10+ sales executives
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct call audits and provide performance coaching
- Monitor team productivity and improve conversions
- Manage underperformance through structured coaching plans
- Ensure process adherence, discipline, and team engagement
- Collaborate with HR and leadership on retention and performance initiatives We're Looking For:
