Key Responsibilities
? Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned revenue targets
? Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, agencies, and business partners
? Sell and promote Madism Digital’s media and digital inventories, including:
- Website Inventory
- Social Media Inventory
- YouTube Inventory
- Events & Special Properties
- Interviews and Branded Content Opportunities
- Other Digital Media Solutions
? Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions
? Develop customised media solutions and proposals based on client requirements
? Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure
? Identify new advertising opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
? Work closely with the editorial, creative, and operations teams for successful campaign execution
? Maintain sales pipelines and submit regular performance reports
Requirements
✔️ Proven experience in Media Sales, Digital Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or Business Development
✔️ Experience in selling digital media inventories and advertising opportunities is highly preferred
✔️ Strong network among brands, advertisers, agencies, and decision-makers is an added advantage
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✔️ Strong ability to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
✔️ Understanding of website, social media, YouTube, branded content, and event-based advertising opportunities
✔️ Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
