nKotak Mahindra Bank is hiring experienced professionals for the position of Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for the Kotak 811 Sales process.

nPosition: Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM)

nProcess: Kotak 811 Sales

nEmployment: Direct Bank Payroll

nEligibility Criteria:

n• Graduate candidates only

n• Banking sales experience is mandatory

n• Excellent English communication and customer handling skills

n• Candidates with relevant BPO/calling experience may apply.

n• Employment gap should not exceed 6 months

n• Immediate joiners preferred

nKey Responsibilities:

n• Conduct outbound calls for Kotak 811 and other banking products

n• Generate leads and acquire recent customers

n• Explain product features and digital banking services

n• Manage customer follow-ups and achieve assigned sales targets

nWork Schedule:

nWorking Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

nWeekly Offs: 6 per month (4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays)

nCompensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
