Role & responsibilities

Responsible for achieving sales targets , development of recent customers & new applications. Should be able to handle customers independently and manage the transactions smoothly between Principal brands and customers . Should be a leader who can independently build a team of sales professionals for achieving sustainable growth.

Preferred candidate profile The candidate must have 5 to 8 years of sales and application engineering experience of industrial adhesives , sealants, adhesive tapes and similar industrial products. Other sales professionals who posses experience in industrial consumable products can also apply.

The person must have passion for sales, travel,



meeting different industrial customers and a flair for communication and relationship and network building to be successful in carrying out his responsibilities.

Communication and interpersonal skills along with knowledge in computer usages like MS Office, E mails, PPTs and other AI tools is a must to be efficient in discharging his responsibilities .
