Position: Retail Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a energetic and responsible Retail Sales Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily retail store operations.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Manage staff attendance, duty schedules, and performance.
- Handle cash, billing,



and store compliance procedures.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and management to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in retail sales or retail management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is an advantage.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail shifts when required.

Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate with a professional attitude and strong team management skills.
- Experience in stationery, lifestyle, gift, or retail stores is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
