Position: Sales Manager- Business Banking

CTC: Up to 10.2 LPA + Incentives

Exp. 5+ Yrs. in Current Account/ Trade & Forex sales/ direct acquisition

Location: Mumbai

Education: Graduate/ PG

Job Role:

- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) business banking customers and manage the assigned portfolio.
- Drive business through Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Trade Accounts.
- Offer and promote products like OD/CC, Term Loans, Forex solutions, and Trade services.
- Cross-sell liability products such as Fixed Deposits and other banking solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners for lead generation.
- Ensure high service standards in coordination with support teams.
- Plan and execute lead generation and client acquisition activities.
- Act as a key contact for resolving customer queries and grievances.
- Focus on sourcing high-value accounts and increasing wallet share.




- Ensure strict adherence to KYC and RBI compliance guidelines.

Job Mandates:

- Proven ability to acquire high-value business banking clients.
- Robust understanding of Current Accounts, Trade Accounts, and transaction processes.
- Good knowledge of Trade Finance, Forex, and Business Assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the portfolio.
