Key Responsibilities• Management MIS & financial performance review• Cash-flow forecasting and working-capital planning• Channel-wise profitability analysis – Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce• SKU/category-level contribution margin analysis• Inventory and purchasing economics• Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis• Cost optimization and identification of financial leakages• Debt,



credit and capital-allocation decisions• Strengthening financial controls and reporting systems• Providing actionable financial insights directly to the founder Who We're Looking For• CA / senior finance professional preferred• 12–20+ years of relevant finance experience• Previous experience as CFO / Finance Head / Financial Controller preferred• Strong exposure to E-commerce, D2 C, Retail or Consumer Products• Strong understanding of marketplace economics, inventory and working capital• Ability to convert financial data into clear business decisions Important: This is a strategic finance role and not a bookkeeping/accounting position. Our internal accounts team will manage day-to-day accounting and compliance.
