- Handle incoming travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget, and dates.

- Prepare and share suitable tour packages, itineraries, and quotations.

- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.

- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, payment terms, and cancellation policies.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.

- Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and travel arrangements.

- Promote domestic and international tour packages to potential customers.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

- Assist in achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Stay updated about destinations, hotels, transportation, attractions, and travel packages.

- Support the team in creating and sharing basic promotional content when required.
