Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Intern. In this position, the intern will support outreach to potential customers, qualify leads, and assist in presenting TwoKey’s DMS value proposition. Daily tasks may include conducting prospect research, scheduling and joining sales calls or demos, documenting customer interactions in internal systems, and following up with leads via email, chat, or phone under guidance from the sales team.

The intern will collaborate closely with team members to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and help improve sales processes and materials.



This role offers hands-on experience in a startup environment, with opportunities to learn about product positioning, customer needs, and sales strategy in the SaaS space.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly in written and verbal form.
- Customer Service and client-facing skills to handle inquiries, build rapport, and support prospective users.
- Interest or experience in Sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and basic pipeline management.
- Aptitude for Training and Sales Management support, such as assisting with onboarding materials and tracking sales activities.
- Comfort working remotely, with good time management, organization, and self-motivation.
- Curiosity about startups, SaaS products, and document management solutions; willingness to learn technical product details.
- Basic proficiency with online collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, CRM or spreadsheets, shared documents).
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
