Job Role

- Customer Relationship Executive / Branch Sales Executive

- Handle walk-in enquiries and assist customers at the branch with KYC and documentation.

- Provide customer service and guide customers regarding products and services.

- Perform in-house cross-selling of the company’s products within the branch.

- Make interest collection calls to existing customers and provide updates on calling activities.

- Handle basic backend and administrative work at the branch.

- Prospect and identify new leads and pitch suitable products or services.

- Maintain and develop solid relationships with existing customers.

- Provide timely support and resolve customer queries.

- Manage various aspects of customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospects and existing clients.
