Role Description The Sales Intern role at Cambtech is an on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support the sales team by prospecting potential clients, following up on leads, and assisting in presenting Cambtech’s training and e-learning solutions to individuals and organizations. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective learners and corporate clients, explaining program offerings, collecting and documenting customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems.

The intern will also collaborate with the training and operations teams to coordinate demos, support client onboarding, and compile basic sales reports and market insights.



This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales processes in the education and training sector, with opportunities to learn from experienced sales professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and corporate clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Training services or a willingness to learn about education and corporate training offerings.
- Candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented workplace.
- Candidates should have basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools and be comfortable using online communication platforms.
- Candidates should be current students or recent graduates in business, marketing, engineering, or related fields; prior internship experience in sales or education services is an advantage but not required.
