Position & Compensation Overview - Business Development Intern

Compensation & Pay Structure

- Base Monthly Pay: ₹15,000 per month (Basic Salary)
- - Total Monthly Range: ₹19,000 – ₹25,000 per month (inclusive of allowances & field call bonuses)
- - Annual CTC: ~₹2,40,000 base CTC per annum (excluding performance incentives)
- - Post-Internship Compensation: Up to ₹30,000+ per month plus incentives upon full-time conversion after 6 months
- - Sales Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on closed sales performance
- - Field Visit Allowance: Additional pay up to ₹5,000 per month for physical corporate/agency visits
