- Conduct cold calls to identify and generate new business opportunities.

- Prospect and qualify potential customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

- Identify key decision-makers and establish initial contact.

- Schedule appointments and meetings for sales discussions and presentations.

- Promote company products and services to prospective clients.

- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate information regarding products and services.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

- Support email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer responses and proposal submissions.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.

- Prepare sales reports and update management on business development activities.
