Field Sales Representative — Petrol Pump Software

Locations: Ernakulam | Thiruvananthapuram (one position each)

We're a fuel-retail software company launching in Kerala. We're hiring two field sales representatives to sell our petrol pump management platform directly to fuel station owners.

What you'll do

Visit petrol pumps across your assigned district, meet dealers and managers, demonstrate the product, and close subscriptions. You'll manage your own territory and call plan, and report what you learn back to us - what software dealers use today, what they pay, and what they need.

Desired Candidate Profile

What we're looking for

- Fluency in Malayalam and working English
- 1+ year in field sales,



preferably B2B or SME software; freshers with robust communication will be considered
- Own two-wheeler and valid licence
- Comfortable with daily field travel and self-managed targets
- Basic smartphone and app confidence — you'll be demoing software

Compensation ₹20,000 per month fixed, plus fuel allowance and performance incentive on every subscription sold. Higher commission once you pass monthly target. Realistic on-target earnings ₹25,000+.

Target

10 fuel stations per month.
