About the Role

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Support Executive to be the primary point of contact for customers over the phone — closing new orders, resolving issues, and keeping every active rental on track. This is a high-touch, detail-heavy role: you'll be on calls for a large part of the day, and equally responsible for making sure nothing slips through the cracks in the back end (inquiry logs, rental dates, reminders).

Key Responsibilities

- Sales calls: Talk to prospective and existing customers over the phone to understand their requirements and close orders.

- Complaint resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, resolve them at first contact where possible, and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team/manager.

- Customer reminders: Proactively call or message customers with timely reminders (payments due, pickups, renewals, etc.).

- Inquiry logging: Record every product inquiry received — via call, message, or walk-in — in the system/CRM for tracking and follow-up.

- Rental tracking: Maintain an accurate,



up-to-date record of rental start and end dates for every active order.

- Due-date notifications: Notify each customer 2 days before their rental due date to confirm return, extension, or renewal.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or customer support (rental/subscription business experience is a plus).

- Solid verbal communication skills; comfortable making and receiving a high volume of calls daily.

- Basic computer literacy — comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, or order-management software.

- High attention to detail — this role lives or dies on accurate date-tracking and follow-up.

- Patient, level-headed temperament for handling complaints without escalating tension.

- Fluency in [languages required, e.g., English/Hindi].

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
