Role Overview
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with knowledge of digital marketing to understand prospective clients' requirements and help present suitable digital marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Understand prospects' business goals and marketing requirements.
- Explain digital marketing services in a simple and convincing manner.
- Assist the sales team with lead qualification and client discussions.
- Present suitable services based on client requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospects.
- Handle initial queries regarding SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
- Schedule meetings and assist in converting qualified prospects.
- Maintain prospect information and follow-up status.
Requirements:
- Digital Marketing knowledge is mandatory.:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, or PPC.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
