Prepare planning layouts as per DCPR 2034 (FSI, TDR, fungible/premium FSI, setbacks, parking norms)
- Determine the most beneficial regulation (33(7)(A)/(B)) for each plot
- Calculate MOFA & RERA carpet area statements
- Prepare architectural drawings — plans, elevations, sections
- Handle IOD, CC, OC approvals and liaise with BMC/authorities
- Support feasibility studies for new plots/societies before acquisition
- Maintain drawing and approval documentation per project

Requirements:
- B.Arch + COA registration
- 3-5 years' experience in Mumbai real estate, CHS redevelopment preferred

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
