This position will be part of Keysight’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, helping to deliver and maintain industry leading solutions in line with IAM Guiding Principles:
- Provide secure and easy access to required resources
- Enable least privilege principle by limiting access to only those resources that users require to do their job
- Provide solutions that reduce complexity for end users while providing enhanced security




- Enable users to collaborate across business functions and beyond
- Provide improved visibility to who has access to what, when and for what reasons, and
- Provide improved security, auditing, and reporting capabilities

Responsibilities:
- In this role you will support and help build and support the IAM portfolio strategy and roadmaps, considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Work with their team members to enhance the security of our corporate environment by developing processes and implementing technology around user identity and access management
- Analyze, design, and support a highly complex, enterprise level Active Directory in a hybrid on-premise and cloud hosted setting
- Implement, execute, and support critical IAM processes, including overall identity management, access management, provisioning/de-provisioning, user onboarding/offboarding, privilege access management (PAM),
