Shruti Gupta & Associates (SGA) is looking for a hands-on Interior Designer with 2-4 years of experience in both design and detailed working drawings.

This role is for someone who can take assigned spaces from concept to execution-ready documentation and wants to grow with a progressive global boutique design studio. (Please note: you may not find much about us on social platforms, as only a limited selection of our work is published.)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We need a designer who can understand a design brief and develop an assigned space from concept to execution-ready working drawings.

This is not a drafting-only or 3D visualisation-only role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop concepts, mood boards, material palettes and presentations
-Prepare layouts, elevations,



sections and detailed working drawings
-Develop ceiling, flooring, electrical, furniture and detail drawings
-Research materials, furniture, lighting and design references
-Coordinate with the team, consultants, vendors and site
-Take ownership of assigned work and meet timelines

REQUIRED SKILLS
- 2-4 years of hands-on interior-design experience
-Strong AutoCAD skills
-Working knowledge of SketchUp and presentation software such as Canva, PowerPoint or Photoshop
-Good design sense and interior-detailing knowledge
-Understanding of materials and site execution
-Solid communication, organisation and attention to detail
-Adaptability and willingness to learn and use AI tools in design, research and documentation workflows
