We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable university programs and courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and career benefits.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission journey.




- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payments, and enrollment completion.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Prepare and share daily activity and performance reports.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
