Handle day-to-day customer service acvies for LGD Jewelry clients by ensuring skilled communicaon, effecve coordinaon, mely follow-ups and smooth client onboarding.
- Handle inbound and outbound client queries related to LGD Jewelry.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communicaon and mely compleon of client requirements.
- Handle work efficiently under pressure.
- Maintain Excel sheets, client records and reports.
- Interact with LGD Jewelry clients at the front office in a professional manner.
- Assist LGD Jewelry clients with the onboarding process and required documentaon.
- Maintain proper client records and follow up on pending requirements.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
