About the Role:
To support the Growth Initiatives Vertical in driving sustainable business growth and profitability across Carrier Channel Partners, Projects, National Accounts. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, strengthening customer and partner relationships, supporting strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and accelerate market expansion.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of growth strategies across Carrier Channel Partners, Projects, National Accounts.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with channel partners, customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
- Develop and implement account growth plans for strategic customers and key business segments.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities into orders.




- Support project identification, opportunity mapping, quotation follow-up, and order closure activities.
- Assist in managing and growing National Accounts through structured engagement and business planning.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective execution of business initiatives.
- Prepare business performance reports, growth dashboards, sales forecasts, and management reviews.
- Drive customer satisfaction and contribute to long-term business relationships.
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Channel Management, Project Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R products, channel sales, project business, and customer relationship management.
