Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective customers, platform users, and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver detailed functional and technical training sessions for customers, internal teams, and engineering teams.
- Understand, document, and manage customer issues, enhancement requests, feature requests, and escalated support tickets.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Product Owners, Development, QA, Operations, and Management teams to clarify requirements and define the resolution path.
- Prepare skilled SRS, BRD, FRD, change-request documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, release notes, user guides, and technical documentation.
- Create or support high-level process flows, data-flow diagrams, integration diagrams, and system-overview documentation.
- Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal product, technical, and operational teams.
