Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for maintenance of production equipment, utilities and plant infrastructure.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure minimum equipment downtime and maximum machine availability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and instrumentation-related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment.
- Handle maintenance of HVAC, AHU, chillers, compressors, boilers, DG sets, pumps, RO/DM/PW systems and other utilities.
- Ensure timely execution and documentation of preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain equipment history cards, breakdown reports, PM records and maintenance checklists.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, EHS and regulatory requirements.
- Support equipment qualification, validation, calibration and commissioning activities.




- Participate in audits and ensure timely closure of maintenance-related observations and CAPAs.
- Prepare maintenance plans, manpower allocation and daily work schedules.
- Lead and supervise technicians, electricians and maintenance staff.
- Coordinate with production, QA, QC and other departments for maintenance activities.
- Manage AMC/service activities and coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
- Identify critical spare parts and maintain adequate inventory.
- Raise purchase requirements for spares, tools and maintenance materials.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and conduct root-cause analysis (RCA).
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce equipment failures.
- Ensure protected maintenance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
