We are an export-oriented manufacturing company producing Aluminium Household Foils, Aluminium Containers and Garbage Bags, and are looking for an experienced Plant General Manager to lead our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for plant operations, production and productivity.
- Manage production planning, quality, maintenance, manpower and inventory.
- Achieve production targets while controlling wastage and manufacturing costs.
- Improve machine utilisation, OEE, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure consistent quality and timely production for export orders.
- Lead and develop the plant team and implement performance-based KPIs.
- Ensure safety, statutory compliance and a disciplined work workplace.
- Drive continuous improvement,



automation and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements:
- 12-20 years of manufacturing experience, with 5+ years in a senior plant-management role.
- Experience in aluminium foil, aluminium packaging, plastic films, garbage bags, flexible packaging or similar industries preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and shop-floor management skills.
- Engineering qualification preferred.

Pay: From ₹55,000.00 per month
