Packing Operations
- Supervise daily packing activities and allocate work to packing staff.
- Ensure products are packed according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Check packaging materials, labels, barcodes, quantities and product condition.
- Minimize packing errors, product damage and material wastage.
Dispatch Management
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules.
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and within the required delivery timelines.
- Verify quantities, product codes, invoices, delivery challans and other dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with transporters, logistics teams and warehouse personnel.
Team Supervision
- Supervise, train and guide packing and dispatch workers.
- Prepare work assignments and monitor employee performance.
- Maintain discipline,
attendance and productivity.
- Resolve operational issues within the team.
Inventory & Wirehouse coordination
- Coordinate with production, sales and logistics departments.
- Ensure finished goods are properly identified and available for dispatch.
- Maintain proper stock movement and dispatch records.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities.
✔Graduate
✔Minimum 5-7 years of experience in packing and dispatch (preferably in manufacturing)
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
