- Core Mission: Secure institutional, corporate, and individual funding to drive healthcare equity, livelihood creation, and inclusive skill development for underserved tribal and marginalized communities.
Key Responsibilities
- CSR & Corporate Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and secure Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funding from companies focusing on rural development, tribal welfare, and healthcare initiatives.
- Strategic Proposal Development: Design highly contextual funding proposals that explicitly address the unique barriers faced by uneducated tribal members (e.g., language gaps,



lack of formal schooling, geographical isolation).
- Major Donor & HNI Engagement: Cultivate relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) to sponsor specific tribal training centers, mobile medical vans, or community livelihood hubs.
- Impact Reporting & Storytelling: Collaborate with ground teams to monitor project metrics (e.g., health outcomes, tribal income increases) and translate these into powerful, transparent impact reports and donation appeals.
- Fundraising Events & Product Marketing: Organize community awareness campaigns, charity drives, and exhibitions to showcase and sell artisan products created by tribal members during their skill development programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: No Graduation Required, Knowledge in Social Work (MSW), Tribal Studies, Public Health, Rural Development, or a related field is a Plus.
