Job Purpose
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers, responding to enquiries, following up with leads, scheduling site visits, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Receive and respond to enquiries generated through Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, referrals and other sources.
- Call recent leads promptly and understand their construction requirements.
- Qualify leads based on:
- Location
- Plot size
- Construction area
- Budget
- Type of project
- Expected start date
- Construction requirements
- Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
2. Customer Follow-Up
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Follow up with customers who do not answer calls through WhatsApp/SMS.
- Maintain a structured follow-up cycle until the customer confirms, postpones or rejects the requirement.
- Reconnect with old and inactive leads periodically.
3. Site Visit Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales/technical team to schedule site visits.
- Confirm appointments with customers.
- Follow up after site visits to understand customer feedback and next steps.
- Ensure that every site visit is properly updated in the CRM.
4. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain professional and friendly relationships with existing clients.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the appropriate internal team when technical clarification is required.
- Keep customers informed about quotations, proposals, meetings and other agreed follow-ups.
