Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Back-Office Support (40%)Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain patient electronic health records, billing details, and daily operational data.Front Desk & Coordination: Manage patient appointments, answer phone calls, handle check-ins/check-outs, and resolve general inquiries.Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage files, and assist with basic insurance documentation or billing paperwork.

2. Pharmacy & Inventory Management (30%)Stock Tracking: Monitor inventory levels of medicines, surgical items, and general medical supplies.Order Processing: Place orders with vendors, verify received stock against invoices, and log them into the computer system.Prescription Support: Cross-check prescriptions for accuracy before billing.

3. Clinical & Nursing Support (30%)Patient Triage: Assist in recording patients' basic vitals (Blood Pressure, Temperature, Weight, Blood Sugar) when required.Doctor Assistance:



Coordinate scheduling for doctors and ensure consultation rooms are stocked with necessary medical equipment.Patient Care: Guide patients through their clinic visit, from entry to pharmacy billing, ensuring a smooth experience.Required Qualifications & Skills:Education: Graduate/Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm/B.Pharm), Nursing (ANM/GNM/B.Sc Nursing), Healthcare Administration, or any Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a clinic/hospital setup.

Technical Skills: Solid computer literacy, proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic billing or hospital management software (HMIS).

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, empathetic patient-handling skills, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
