Position: Back Office & TPA Executive
Department: TPA / Insurance / Back Office
Location: Meditrina Hospital, Jamshedpur
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Salary will be decided based on interview performance, practical/trial performance, and experience.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle TPA and insurance-related documentation and processes.
- Coordinate with various TPA/insurance companies for approvals and claim-related matters.
- Process cashless and reimbursement cases as per hospital procedures.
- Prepare and submit required documents for pre-authorization and final approval.
- Follow up on pending approvals, queries and claim settlements.
- Coordinate with the billing, medical records, nursing and clinical departments.
- Check patient documents and ensure that all required information is complete.
- Maintain proper records of TPA cases, approvals, rejections and pending cases.
- Handle back-office data entry and maintain Excel/office records.




- Communicate with patients and their attendants regarding required insurance/TPA documents.
- Follow up with TPAs/insurance companies for pending cases and payments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by management.
- Perform other TPA and back-office duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Hospital TPA/Insurance/Back Office.
- Good knowledge of cashless and insurance processes.
- Knowledge of TPA documentation and claim procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Responsible, disciplined and detail-oriented.
- Prior experience in a hospital/healthcare setup will be preferred.
