1. Job Purpose

To provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for company officials, employees, documents, vehicles, and other business-related requirements while maintaining the assigned vehicle in good operating condition.

2. Key Responsibilities
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly as per assigned duties and schedules.
- Provide transportation to management, employees, customers, or other authorized persons as instructed.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations.
- Follow all traffic rules, road safety regulations, and applicable government laws.
- Maintain proper discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct while on duty.
- Conduct daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, engine oil, tyres, brakes, lights, battery, and other essential components.




- Keep the vehicle clean, hygienic, and in good working condition.
- Immediately report any vehicle breakdown, accident, damage, abnormal noise, or maintenance requirement to the concerned authority.
- Maintain records of fuel consumption, kilometres travelled, trips, and other vehicle-related information as required.
- Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, insurance, pollution certificate, and other statutory documents of the vehicle are kept updated, wherever applicable.
- Assist in the safe loading and unloading of documents, materials, luggage, or other company items when required.
- Handle company vehicles, keys, documents, and other assigned assets responsibly.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company officials, customers, business information, and conversations during travel.
- Ensure that the vehicle is parked safely at the designated location after completion of duty.
