Job Description: Sales Executive — Multilingual (Malayalam, Tamil & English)

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with a proven ability to connect, communicate, and close — fluently across Malayalam, Tamil, and English. This role is ideal for a people-first sales skilled who understands markets and can build genuine, lasting relationships with clients across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. You will be at the front line of our business growth, turning conversations into conversions and prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital outreach
Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, product presentation, negotiation, and deal closure
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct client meetings and product demos in Malayalam, Tamil, or English based on client preference
Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations tailored to client needs





Territory & Account Management
Manage and grow an assigned territory covering Malayalam- and Tamil-speaking regions (Kerala / Tamil Nadu)
Build and maintain robust long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upselling
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any post-sale concerns
Map market opportunities and competitor activity within the assigned territory

Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline status in CRM software
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager
Coordinate with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams for smooth client onboarding
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and regional sales reviews
