Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Coimbatore, requiring fluency in both Tamil and Hindi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing customer relationships, and promote Terra Tech Packs’ reusable food container products to businesses in relevant sectors. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits and calls, presenting product features and pricing, negotiating terms, and closing sales orders. The role also involves gathering market feedback, coordinating with internal teams on order processing and delivery,



and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in business development or field sales, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Tamil and Hindi; ability to communicate clearly in English is an advantage.
- Customer relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide after-sales support.
- Basic proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking tools) to manage leads and reports.
- Understanding of market dynamics in reusable or food packaging products and interest in sustainable, eco-friendly solutions.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client meetings, and manage time and territory effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Coimbatore region and a valid authorization to work in India are beneficial.
