We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of medical products in the field. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with hospitals/nursing homes and clinics to promote and sell our range of medical products.
Role & Responsibility
- Develop sales plan to achieve monthly sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and qualify new leads through market & customer visits in person. Lead management thru research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals.
- Present and demonstrate medical products highlighting features and benefits and make sales.
- Negotiate sales orders and contracts to secure business opportunities.
- Provide quotation & proposals to address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Specifications
- Education : Any Degree With first class.
- Experience :
2 – 5 yrs with medical equipment selling experience. Prior Selling hospital beds/ allied products is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in hospitals in Chennai and around.
- Age : Below 28 yrs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively to meet with clients.
- Soft skills : Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and products.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Work Location : Anna nagar, Chennai
- On-time Daily Sales reports highlighting outcomes is MUST.
