Job Title: Sales Executive / Salesman (HVAC) Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with experience & performance) + Sales Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time, Field Sales Job Overview We are looking for a goal-oriented and energetic HVAC Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by pitching and selling Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment, solutions, and maintenance contracts to residential, commercial, or industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities Business Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, local networking, and follow-ups across Jaipur and surrounding regions. Client Consultation: Meet with contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, and property owners to understand their cooling and ventilation requirements. Product Pitching & Quotation: Present suitable HVAC product options (VRV/VRF systems, split/ductable ACs, chillers, or commercial ventilation solutions) and submit clear sales quotations. Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scope to close sales while maintaining profitability. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to secure repeat orders,



service contracts, and referrals. Coordination: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover and timely completion. Reporting: Keep track of lead pipelines, site visits, and regular sales updates for management review.

Required Qualifications &

Skills Experience: Minimum 1+ years of direct sales experience in HVAC, MEP, building materials, electronics, or allied technical fields. Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of HVAC products, tonnage requirements, or refrigeration systems is a strong advantage. Communication Skills: Good spoken Hindi and working knowledge of English to interact effectively with clients and corporate customers. Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for local field visits across Jaipur.
