Procucev runs GMT, a B2B procurement marketplace connecting buyers and sellers across 300+ industrial and commercial categories, powered by our AI/WhatsApp assistant, QUA AI. We are hiring Sales Executives to convert warm and cold leads into registered, active buyers and sellers on the platform, primarily over phone and WhatsApp.

What you will do: Run high-volume outbound and inbound calls (60-100+ dials per day) against buyer and seller lead lists from campaigns, our vendor database and inbound RFQ inquiries.

- Take prospects through end-to-end onboarding on the GMT platform or the QUA AI WhatsApp bot - company details, category selection, GSTIN for sellers, and first RFQ or subscription action - in a single call wherever possible.
- Pitch and close the seller credit/subscription package, explaining value clearly and handling pricing objections.
- Chase incomplete registrations, unresponsive leads and pending approvals until they convert or are disqualified.
- Maintain clean, real-time call and conversion logs in our tracker/CRM.




- Hit daily and weekly targets for calls made, registrations completed and subscription packages closed.
- Work with Marketing on lead quality and with Category Managers on registration approvals.

What we are looking for

- 1-5 years in tele-sales, inside sales or a BPO/outbound calling environment, with a track record of high-volume, single-call closures.
- Excellent verbal communication in English plus Hindi and/or a South Indian regional language.
- Consistent delivery against daily calling and conversion targets in a quota-driven structure.
- Resilient and comfortable with objections and repetitive pitching.
- Basic comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM-style tools.
- Self-starter who can work a lead list independently once trained.

Positive to have: experience selling a subscription, SaaS or marketplace product; exposure to B2B/industrial or procurement categories; WhatsApp-based sales flows.
