Role Description The Sales Executive role at ParaFit India is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new leads, present ParaFit’s customized diet plans to prospective customers, and convert inquiries into subscriptions. Daily responsibilities include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, conducting product demonstrations, following up via phone and email, and maintaining accurate records in the sales pipeline.



The role also involves collaborating with nutrition and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident in-person and phone-based interaction.
- Solid organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and closures efficiently.
- Comfort with basic CRM or sales tracking tools and proficiency in common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, presentations).
- Customer-centric mindset with an interest in health, fitness, and nutrition; prior experience in wellness or consumer services is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in South Delhi and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Preferred educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales experience will be highly valued.
