Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Bajaj two-wheeler showroom. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable Bajaj two-wheeler models, conducting test rides, generating sales leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in automobile sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their two-wheeler requirements.
- Explain features, specifications, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and benefits of different Bajaj models.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and arrange test rides for interested customers.
- Generate current sales leads through showroom walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, online enquiries, and local marketing activities.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Assist customers with documentation, loan/finance applications, insurance, registration, and delivery procedures.




- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and sales.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, registration, and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.
- Keep updated on Bajaj two-wheeler models, features, pricing, offers, and competitor products.
- Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are maintained according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Educational Qualification Minimum: Plus Two / Higher Secondary

Preferred: Any Graduate

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
