Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at Outro in Jaipur.

The Sales

Executive will welcome and assist customers, understand their style preferences, and provide product recommendations that align with Outro’s streetwear aesthetic.

Responsibilities include managing in-store sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, handling billing and basic inventory updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role involves building strong customer relationships, communicating current collections and promotions,



and supporting styling sessions.

The Sales

Executive will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive, inclusive store atmosphere.

Qualifications

- Strong retail sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and convert visits into purchases.
- Interest in fashion and streetwear trends, with a good eye for styling, colors, and fits.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, respectful, and professional interaction.
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems, billing, and inventory handling.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, including weekends and peak shopping hours, with reliability and punctuality.
- Team-oriented mindset, adaptability, and willingness to learn about recent collections and designers.
- Prior experience in fashion retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, fashion, or marketing is an advantage.
