Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a solid pipeline of prospective clients for NextCorp Media’s PR and digital services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, preparing and sharing proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, and tracking sales performance against targets.

The Sales

Executive will regularly update sales reports,



participate in strategy discussions, and represent the agency at events or networking opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management for service-based businesses.
- Experience in client relationship management, including meeting clients, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain PR and digital marketing solutions clearly.
- Basic understanding of PR, media relations, digital media promotion, and influencer marketing to align solutions with client needs.
- Ability to work toward defined sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Comfort working on-site in West Delhi, with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), rand online research for market and competitor insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency sales, media, advertising, or PR sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and skilled conduct in all client and team interactions.
