Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in, online, and referred customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Generate leads through showroom visits, telephone calls, references, and outdoor activities.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Exchange, Accessories, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth and timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, camps, and customer events.
- Follow dealership and company sales processes and standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Driving License: Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Willingness to travel locally for sales activities.
- Ability to work with monthly targets.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
